Note: Fabric for the wire slip kelp is NOT included. This is the printed base fabric ONLY.

This listing is for cotton fabric permanently printed with the embroidery design. Be sure to select "Includes embroidery pattern" if you also need the instructions*, otherwise you will only be receiving the fabric. 

You will need an embroidery hoop, embroidery floss, needles and scissors to complete the project.
