"Nevertheless, She Persisted" Embroidery Kit

Regular price $33.00 $29.00 Sale

I love how popular this embroidery kit is! You are all persisting!

Your purchase includes an embroidery kit and instructions for stitching the design. Plus, you will receive a link (it's located in the top right corner of the PDF directions) to view a series of videos of this pattern being stitched on YouTube.  Starting with the same supplies in the kit I will show you how I stitched up the embroidery art in the photos. I stretch the fabric, trace the design (note: the fabric is now pre-printed with the design, but you will need to trace your preferred text) and show you all seven stitches used in this pattern.

This kit and pattern is identical to the "We can do hard things" pattern. The directions include both quotes, plus a blank version with just the flowers for you to add your own words.

Your kit includes:
- 10 skeins of DMC embroidery floss
- A piece of grey cotton fabric - now pre-printed with the floral design!  You will still need to trace your quote of choice onto the fabric.
- One 6 inch wooden hoop
- 2 needles
- A print out of the text for you to trace
- The instructions for stitching the pattern described below

The simple embroidery pattern includes:
- Stitch and Color key (with suggested DMC colors)
- Full color close up photo of stitched pattern
- PDF design sized for a 6 inch hoop ready to print - Choose the design with or without the text
- The video link (upper right hand corner)

The five page beginner guide includes:
- A supplies list with suggested products (hoops, needles, fabric, etc) based off of my experience
- Helpful tips and tricks for transferring design, getting started, and finishing your project
- Diagrams of stitches

This document is also available on my website HERE and includes videos for most stitches.

To complete this pattern you will also need:
- Scissors
- a pen, pencil or fabric marker (such as water soluble)
- A bright window or light board for pattern tracing (more info here)
You may want to invest in a high quality embroidery hoop if you have trouble maintaining tension with the included hoop.  I bind my hoops with fabric or fabric tape to help, but you may find plastic, metal or high quality wood hoops easier to use.  You can then use the wooden hoop included in the kit for framing your finished work.

Note! My videos are now all PUBLIC on YouTube! You can catch the video tutorial here or find it on my YouTube channel at any time.

This pattern is for personal use only. Please do not copy or resell finished product.

Happy Stitching!
